1. Who we are

Yuk Son Hong Kong Limited, trading as Bright Corner ("we", "us", "our"), is a company established in Hong Kong SAR, China. Our registered office and correspondence address are in Hong Kong SAR; our full postal address is available on request using the contact details in section 14.

We operate online retail businesses and communicate with customers, suppliers and business partners through our website, our e-commerce storefronts and messaging channels including WhatsApp Business (the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates).

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. When you contact us on WhatsApp, or when you have asked us to contact you there, we receive and store the following through the WhatsApp Business Platform:

We do not use WhatsApp to collect anything beyond what is needed to serve you. We do not read your other WhatsApp chats, we do not access your contacts list, and we do not receive your message history with other businesses. Meta processes this data as our service provider when delivering messages on our behalf; Meta's own handling is described in the WhatsApp Business Terms and the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

11. How to request deletion of your data

To request deletion, email contact@yuksonhongkonglimited.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”, and include the WhatsApp phone number and/or order number you used with us.

What happens next:

  1. We acknowledge your request and verify that you are the owner of the number or order concerned.
  2. We delete, or irreversibly anonymise, the personal data covered by your request from our active systems, and instruct our service providers to do the same where applicable.
  3. We confirm completion to you.

We may keep a limited record of the request, and certain data where we are legally required or entitled to retain it (for example tax and accounting records, fraud-prevention records, or data needed to establish or defend legal claims). Deletion may also mean removing your number from our WhatsApp contact list so you no longer receive messages from us.

12. Children

Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the age required to consent in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at contact@yuksonhongkonglimited.com and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
